With more than 30 years of experience as a classroom teacher and tutor, Eliko brings a wealth of knowledge in early childhood and elementary education. She has taught Pre-K through sixth grade in public and independent schools in Tokyo, New York City, Silicon Valley, and Los Angeles.
Most recently, Eliko spent 10 years as a Lead Kindergarten Teacher at The Center for Early Education, where she developed a deep understanding of what helps children make a confident and successful transition into kindergarten.
Her teaching emphasizes strong academic foundations while nurturing curiosity, independence, and a love of learning. With particular expertise in early literacy and mathematics.
Through mindfulness and thoughtful classroom practices, she also helps children develop attention, kindness, self-awareness, and the independence needed to navigate classroom experiences successfully.

With more than 20 years of experience supporting young children and their families, Stephanie is an Early Childhood Behavior and Development Specialist and Consultant whose work focuses on self-regulation, social-emotional development, and early childhood learning.
A Los Angeles native and graduate of The Buckley School, where she attended from kindergarten through 12th grade, Stephanie brings firsthand familiarity with the culture and expectations of the independent-school community.
Through her work with children across a range of preschools and early education programs, Stephanie has developed a nuanced understanding of how young children develop, communicate, and navigate the classroom.
Her individualized, strengths-based approach helps children build flexibility, communication, confidence, and positive social skills, while supporting them in becoming more comfortable, capable, and engaged in group settings.
